Custom Messages on Cakes
If you would like to add a special message or a chocolate plaque on top of your cake, please include this information with your order. We will ensure that your request is accommodated.
Order Preparation Time
Please allow at least three working days for us to prepare your order, as we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. For any urgent or last-minute orders, do not hesitate to call us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cake Pickup
At this time, we do not offer cake delivery. All cakes must be picked up from our Glasgow Cafe between 1 PM and 6 PM unless otherwise arranged.
Storage and Transport Instructions
Our cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of three days. Please keep them in a fridge set to below 5 degrees Celsius. If your fridge is overcrowded or has high moisture, the cake may lose its shine.
When transporting your cake, ensure that the seat heating is turned off and place the cake in the flattest area of your vehicle (either the boot or floor). Set your air conditioning to its maximum to help maintain the proper temperature. As our cakes contain dairy, it is important to comply with health and safety guidelines, which recommend not leaving the cake outside of refrigeration for longer than 1 to 3 hours. For long-distance deliveries, please prepare ice packs and a thermal bag to keep the cake chilled.
